Noe is a very experienced cyclist and guide who knows the areas we ride in intimately. His enthusiasm and expertise comes from years of helping people from all over the world see some of the hidden parts of Mexico. Noe is very busy with his young family and operating the Cholula Montessori School but sometime we can persuade him to guide a trip.
